Privacy Policy

What this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Last updated 10 September 2026

1. Scope

This policy covers glycobalanceofficial.com only. The seller's checkout operates under its own policy. The moment you follow an order link you have left this site, and anything you enter there — your name, address, payment details — is governed by them and never reaches us.

We do not want your health information

We collect no health data, and we ask you not to send any. If you write to us, please leave out medical history, medication lists, test results and diagnoses. There is nothing useful we can do with them and no reason for us to hold them.

2. What you give us

Only what you type into the contact form: a name, an email address, a topic and a message. There is no account, no checkout and no questionnaire on this site.

3. What is recorded automatically

Standard web infrastructure logs technical details as pages load: IP address, browser and version, operating system, device type, screen size, referring address, pages served and timestamps. We read this in aggregate to understand traffic and find broken pages, and we do not attempt to resolve it to a named person.

4. Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working. Measurement cookies count visits and page reads. Referral cookies record that a visitor reached the seller from this site so any commission is credited correctly, and these expire after a set period.

Your browser can refuse or delete cookies, and measurement providers publish their own opt-out tools. We act on Global Privacy Control signals where they are technically detectable.

5. How it is used

Replying to messages. Measuring and improving what we publish. Attributing referrals. Detecting fraud and abuse. Meeting legal obligations. None of it feeds automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects on you.

6. Selling and sharing

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as California's statutes define those terms. Disclosure happens only to processors acting for us under contract — hosting, email, analytics, the affiliate network — and where compelled by law or necessary to protect rights or safety.

7. Retention

Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Measurement data is held in de-identified aggregate. Access logs rotate out after a short operational window.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to know what is held about you, to obtain a copy, to correct inaccuracies, to request deletion, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), and not to be treated worse for exercising any of them. California residents hold these rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, and residents of several other states hold comparable rights.

Send requests to [email protected] with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We verify against the address on file and respond within the statutory period.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and reasonable safeguards protect the little we hold. No online system can promise absolute security. The mitigating factor is scope: with no health data, no payment data and no accounts, there is very little here to be at risk.

10. Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. Tell us if you believe a minor has submitted something and we will delete it.

11. Changes

This policy will be revised from time to time as practices and the law change. The date at the top of the page marks the most recent revision.
